Biography.

Montserrat Vega discovered her passion for art and design at an early age. Her dedication to fashion led her to Paris, where she earned a degree in Fashion Design from the prestigious Istituto Marangoni. She further refined her craft with a master's in Accessory Design from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Madrid.

Throughout her career, Montserrat has held key positions with some of the world's leading luxury houses, including Christian Dior, Alexander Wang, and Elie Saab. She then held the position of Creative Director and Head Designer of the renowned Mexican footwear brand Regina Romero for seven years, where she mastered her expertise in shoes and small leather goods, creating over 15 collections and selling nationwide in two flagship stores as well as in the renowned department store Palacio de Hierro, along with international stockists.

Montserrat's distinct aesthetic is a fusion of art and functionality, resulting in sculptural yet wearable pieces. Her collections draw inspiration from contemporary art and various scientific disciplines, reflecting her commitment to conceptual exploration and design innovation. Each project is underpinned by meticulous research and storytelling, making her creations both visually striking and intellectually engaging.

A study in contrast, soft suedes against architectural lines, inspired by the geometry of mid-century brutalism softened by feminine restraint. The final collection of my tenure as Creative Director.

A collection built on delicacy. Fresh and romantic in spirit, where metallic and rhinestone details are worked quietly over classic colors, refusing the obvious in favor of subtle luxury. Each piece was designed to enhance an effortless beauty, the kind that lives in how a woman walks rather than what she wears.

Inspired by 90s style and dedicated to my mother. A chic, timeless collection built around patent leathers in contrast and deep tones, shaped by the memory of a woman who understood that elegance is a language you learn young and carry forever.

A galactic universe carries the collection. Fun metallics catch the light in unexpected ways, vivid colors pulse against clean lines, and the whole season moves with the logic of lucid dreams, where beauty answers to no one but itself.

Inspired by the nocturnal life of women in Mexico City in the 80s. Glam and full of movement, the collection channels a decade where the city never slept and its women wore their power after dark. Bright and bold in every gesture, built for the kind of woman who arrives late and leaves first.

A game of candy colors and soft leathers. Full of femininity, the collection plays with color blocking and a careful sequence of tones, each piece resolved in geometric organic silhouettes that curve where the body curves. Summer dressed as something you want to bite into.
